What aptos-agent-skills does

The plugin drops 17 skills for Aptos blockchain work into Claude. You get Move V2 contract generation, unit tests, a pre-deploy security audit, publishing to devnet, testnet or mainnet, reference lookups in aptos-core, gas cost analysis, and a migration path from V1 resource accounts to the object model.

A second group covers the TypeScript SDK: client setup with AptosConfig, accounts and signers, AIP-40 address handling, transactions including sponsored and multi-agent ones, view function calls, Move-to-TypeScript type mapping, and wallet integration in React through useWallet. One skill scaffolds a fresh project with create-aptos-dapp. A community skill adds gas sponsorship via SmoothSend.

Skills fire from what you type. Ask for an NFT contract and /write-contracts runs; ask for tests and /generate-tests takes over. In Cursor and GitHub Copilot you point at the skill files yourself with @skills/.../SKILL.md. Community skills are maintained by outside developers and have not been reviewed by Aptos Labs, so read their sources before you rely on them.
