The server links your coding agent to an endpoint at https://mcp.slidev-mcp.org/mcp using streamable HTTP. The model references Slidev specifications and writes presentation layouts on demand. Each build outputs a public URL on slides.slidev-mcp.org. Anyone can open the deck without logging in. Fullscreen toggles with the f key.
Twenty-four preset styles come out of the box. You can pick standard options like seriph or community styles like nord and dracula.
Live adjustments overwrite the active link while your chat continues. Disconnecting turns the slides into a frozen snapshot that lasts 30 days. Because public hosting deletes slides after that window, preserving them permanently requires self-hosting via Docker Compose.
