Senzii exposes a dedicated workforce scheduling engine to MCP agents. The server provides 28 operations covering shift assignments, candidate ranking, staffing requests, and staff compliance records. The agent evaluates candidates using skill tags and proximity to job sites.
Built on FastAPI, asyncpg, and the Python MCP SDK, the server queries the application's PostgreSQL database directly. Organization IDs are injected on the server side into every query to ensure tenant isolation. Shift assignments remain pending until a human supervisor confirms the schedule.
You need an accessible PostgreSQL instance, while public Nominatim handles geocoding without an API key. Email delivery via Resend is strictly optional. Without a configured PostgreSQL connection in .env, the server will not boot.
