Qlane — Claude Code MCP server: what it does, how to install
Qlane gives an AI coding agent access to projects, test targets, and pull request findings from browser-based QA runs.
claude mcp add --transport http qlane https://mcp-eu.qlane.ai/api/mcpWhat Qlane does
Qlane exposes an MCP connection for projects, test targets, test cases, and the findings produced on pull requests. Qlane runs the application in a browser for each pull request, giving the agent QA results it can inspect from the editor.
The server uses the HTTP endpoint https://mcp-eu.qlane.ai/api/mcp. Add that endpoint to a supported editor before asking the agent to query Qlane; otherwise there is no MCP connection for those requests.
Supported clients include Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf (Devin Desktop), Cline, Zed, and Gemini CLI. Claude Code needs a single command to register the server.
What it helps with
- run browser QA for every pull request
- inspect Qlane projects from the coding editor
- locate test targets for a project
- review test cases linked to a target
- check findings from a pull request
Example prompts for the agent
- Show the Qlane projects available for this repository.
- Find the test targets and test cases linked to this pull request.
- What did Qlane find on the latest pull request?
