mo-qa — Claude Code skill: what it does, how to install
Runs and manages browser QA sessions via Momentic's qa CLI. Useful for testing web apps, checking pull requests, and inspecting bug reports.
npx skills add momentic-ai/skills --skill mo-qa -a claude-codeWhat mo-qa does
The skill directs Mo, a remote browser testing agent, using the local qa CLI. Mo conducts testing inside a hosted sandbox, navigates flows, and verifies application behavior. Findings come back categorized either as reproducible issues (bug) or static mistakes like typos (flag).
Keeping the test target unchanged during an active run is essential. Mutating shared databases, hot-reloading code, or restarting the service while Mo tests will break reproductions. For private or local targets, the run requires the --tunnel flag.
To use this skill, the qa command-line tool must be installed and authenticated on your machine. You supply high-level goals and restrictions in a brief, and Mo coordinates its internal sub-agents without needing step-by-step checklists.
What it helps with
- run browser QA sessions in a remote hosted sandbox
- verify GitHub pull requests for UI and regression bugs
- track session findings and inspect verified reproduction steps
- halt active testing sessions when hitting a specific budget cap
Example prompts for the agent
- Run a QA smoke test on the checkout flow using mo-qa
- Check pull request 412 for regressions with the qa CLI
- Get the full status and verified findings for the current Mo session
