What PostPlanify does

PostPlanify connects an AI assistant to social accounts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms. It can create or edit posts, schedule them, show the content calendar, and retrieve analytics. You can also read and answer comments across supported accounts and workspaces.

This is a hosted MCP server, so there is no local process to run. Access requires an active PostPlanify plan with API access. Sign in with OAuth 2.1, or use an API key with a client that does not support OAuth. In Claude Code, add the server with the commands below, then authenticate through /mcp.

The available tools cover posts, media, analytics, comments, and social accounts. Clients can request confirmation before publishing or deleting content. Media uploads are limited to 300MB per file, so larger files won’t work through this server.

What it helps with

  • schedule posts across multiple social platforms
  • adapt one announcement for different networks
  • check what is queued for next week
  • find posts with the most views
  • review unread comments and prepare replies

Example prompts for the agent

  • Schedule this announcement for LinkedIn, X, and Threads on Tuesday at 9am.
  • Show me the posts scheduled across all accounts for next week.
  • Find unread Instagram comments and draft replies for review.
