Laddro Career — Claude Code MCP server for resumes
Connect an agent to tools for tailoring resumes to a job, drafting cover letters, and exporting resumes as PDFs. Handy when you want to work on career documents through an AI assistant.
claude mcp add --transport http career https://mcp.laddro.com/mcpWhat Laddro Career does
Laddro Career connects an agent to the service API. It can browse resume templates, inspect their fonts and colors, retrieve a user’s resumes and cover letters, adjust resume styling, and export a resume as a PDF.
The server can also tailor a resume to a job and draft a cover letter using a resume and job details. Local stdio setup requires LADDRO_API_KEY; the process will not work without it. Claude Code can instead connect over HTTP using the hosted endpoint, without launching the package through npx.
What it helps with
- adapt a resume to a job description
- draft a cover letter from a resume and job details
- inspect resume template fonts and colors
- export a resume as a PDF
Example prompts for the agent
- Tailor my resume to this job description.
- Draft a cover letter using my resume and the job details.
- Show me resume templates and export my resume as a PDF.
