What Glif does

Glif connects an agent to a hosted HTTP server. Describe the result you want, and it selects models to create images, video, or audio. It can also transcribe recordings, search the web, and run code. A generation job returns a jobId; the agent can pass it to get_job_status to retrieve links to the finished media.

The bundled skills cover image editing, web visuals, app logos, game assets, and audio or video work. One workflow records an app with Playwright and places the capture in a video template with captions and voiceover. Sign in with a Glif account through OAuth. Media generation uses credits from that account, while reading projects and browsing are free. The skills depend on a connected Glif server.

What it helps with

  • create illustrations and background video for a website
  • export app logos and icon assets for mobile platforms
  • record an app demo with Playwright and turn it into a video
  • edit existing images or create game textures
  • generate voiceover, music, or sound effects

Example prompts for the agent

  • Create a set of matching illustrations for the homepage.
  • Design an app logo and export icon assets for iOS and Android.
  • Record the app with Playwright and make a demo video with captions and voiceover.
