What Embody - MCP Server for TouchDesigner does

Embody uses Envoy to connect an AI agent to an active TouchDesigner session. Its 70 tools can create operators, connect nodes, change parameters, write extensions and inspect errors from natural-language requests. You work against the live network instead of copying code into chat.

The package also includes the TDXN YAML network format, disk-based component restoration, portable .tox export and a project .venv built around TouchDesigner's interpreter. TDXN files make network changes readable and comparable between versions. TouchDesigner 2025.33230 or later is required on Windows or macOS, so older installations will block setup.
