The server exposes “Catalunya 2022 - RESET: Crida per reactivar el país”, a strategic plan put together in 2021 by a task force of 30 Catalan civil-society experts. Four tools come with it: search_document runs full-text queries with diacritic support, get_section returns a section by its canonical slug, get_document_metadata reports the document structure, and list_proposals lists all 91 actions. Resources cover the manifest, individual sections, the whole document as one markdown file, and contributor profiles. Three prompts ship alongside: explore-document, summarize-sphere and analyze-proposal.
You connect over Streamable HTTP at https://mcp.2022.cat. No authentication, no API keys. One endpoint speaks both protocol generations: the 2026-07-28 revision with server/discover, and the 2025-xx revisions where clients still send initialize. Canonical slugs stay in English even when the content is localised, and the default locale is Catalan (ca).
Running it locally takes Node.js 22+ and npm: npm install, then npm run dev. Before opening a pull request, run npm run verify — it mirrors what CI checks. Treat content/{ca,en,es}/ and data/team-members.ts as generated mirrors. Edits there won't stick, because the website repository is the source of truth and npm run sync is what propagates changes.
