What Banger does

Banger connects your assistant to company email tools without running local binaries. The tool points to a hosted remote endpoint at https://api.bangermail.com/mcp over Streamable HTTP. It teaches agents to handle mailboxes, transactional messages, and marketing campaigns.

Authentication relies on OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. On the first run, your agent opens a browser window to grant workspace access. Credentials never touch the chat log. Governed actions enforce safety: the agent cannot trigger broadcasts or send batches without required human approval.

What it helps with

  • configure company domains for outgoing mail
  • prepare and review marketing broadcasts
  • inspect delivery logs and message histories
  • manage automated email journeys under approval rules

Example prompts for the agent

  • Check our domain setup and list all active mailboxes
  • Draft a new customer broadcast and submit it for review
  • Inspect recent delivery logs to find failed emails
