Affiliate Networks MCP — Claude Code MCP server: how to install
Ask your agent about affiliate earnings and it pulls the numbers from the networks' APIs. Works for publishers, and for brands and agencies.
claude mcp add --transport http affiliate-networks-mcp https://mcp.agenticaffiliate.ai/mcpWhat Affiliate Networks MCP does
This server plugs affiliate networks into your coding agent. A publisher can ask what came in across every network last month, or which transactions are still pending. A brand or agency can ask for revenue by client and for anything that looks off. The agent picks the networks to query and fetches the figures from their APIs at the moment you ask.
There are 72 networks and 86 adapters inside, but most adapters are experimental and community-built. So check any number headed for a report against the network's own dashboard. You need Node.js 20 or newer. The npx affiliate-networks-mcp setup wizard goes through networks one at a time, asks whether you are a publisher or a brand, and tests each key against the live network.
Credentials stay on your machine in ~/.affiliate-mcp/.env. For brand work, the wizard saves your client nicknames to ~/.affiliate-mcp/brands.json. Result caching is off by default and switches on with AFFILIATE_MCP_CACHE=on; current periods still go live.
What it helps with
- total earnings across all affiliate networks for last month
- find transactions stuck in pending status
- compare income month on month
- roll up revenue for every agency client this week
- spot anomalies in a brand's affiliate programme data
Example prompts for the agent
- Use affiliate-networks-mcp to list which affiliate networks you can reach
- Use affiliate-networks-mcp to add up my earnings across every network last month
- Use affiliate-networks-mcp to check the Acme programme for anomalies this quarter
