What seo-content-writer does

seo-content-writer takes a topic brief plus target keywords and returns a content package: the full article, 3–5 title variations, a 150–160 character meta description, key takeaways, internal linking suggestions and an FAQ block when it fits. The structure is fixed — a 50–100 word intro with a hook and the primary keyword, a body with H2/H3 subheadings and semantic variations, a closing section with a call to action.

Quality rules are baked into the prompt too: keyword density 0.5–1.5%, Grade 8–10 reading level, paragraphs of 2–3 sentences, bullet points for scannability. A separate E-E-A-T block asks for first-hand experience mentions, concrete examples, data citations and an expert angle. The configured model is sonnet.

Worth knowing before you rely on it: this is a prompt, not a script with checks. Keyword density and reading level are followed by feel, not counted, so verify those numbers in the draft yourself. On Codex and Cursor you place the file by hand at .codex/agents/ or .cursor/agents/.

What it helps with

  • draft an article around a given keyword list
  • build an outline with H2 and H3 subheadings
  • generate title variations and a meta description
  • add an FAQ block and summary takeaways to a post
  • find spots where internal links belong

Example prompts for the agent

  • Write a post about picking hosting for a side project, keywords: side project hosting, cheap VPS
  • Build a brief on expense tracking for startups and write the article with a meta description
  • Rewrite this draft for the keyword "reporting automation", add an FAQ and title options
