Winny Casino - Misleading payment policy / legging games / bad support
The platform sucks big time its like i donated € approx € 1200,-- in stead of being in a casino.
During my time online no descent win came by and i tried as you can see based on my deposits.
Multiple deposits were delayed causing frustration. Also deposits failed. Causing one to try again. After contacting the help chat function you get the answer. Wait 30 minutes and check again if its not on you balance it will be refunded. The second time I've been asked to wait 24hrs but if it was not there it would be refunded automatically. In both cases long after expected and an expected refund it was added to my balance anyway. NO REFUND. Pretty annoying because once on your balance it is not easy to withdraw and of course it's there anyway so let's play.
Causing people to go into depths while they didn't mean to.
Also your connection to Netent repeatedly failed causing the game to stall and reload many times so when your in a winning flow..... it stops working and reloads.
Also the auto play mode is disabled. Very annoying
So all taken together it smells like organized online [EDIT] rather than a online casino.
I spoke to 8 different support agents during the week. All are not taking thins seriously. Why would they. I already lost my money.
