Complete crooks. Lost 2k on there slots in about an hour. I didn’t complain, my choice. However, when I won the next day , I started getting pop ups after an hour (I was £50 up) telling me I had to have a break , the game then kicked me out of my session and I was blocked for 15 minutes. When I went back in I had lost my session on the game I was playing , so I started again and was another £30 up when it kicked me off for an hour!!! Apparently this is their duty of care !! Total lies, they don’t mind when you are losing ! I will spend the rest of my days reporting these crooks.
