Customer service is the worst I've come across!!Normally they'll tell you who you're speaking with which they don't, and when asked they're not allowed to tell you, guessing so you can't complain.There's no "how did we do" after the chat either, assuming because it'll all be negative reviews.The response time is frustratingly long, my guess is so you close the chat and they don't have to use their brain and help.Also no email address.I wanted information regarding my bet builder, basically if you make a bet builder and a player don't start, normally they'd void that selection like they used to regardless if they come on as a sub or not, but not anymore!! So if your player comes on in the 93rd minute your bet will stand.Slot games are very low RTP like all other reviews say, as low as legally allowed I think.There is no replies to these reviews either, probably trying to save money on staff.If you win on their bonus drop just take a look at the stake of your free spins lol, 1-3p, max wins about £10."William down hill"Used to be a good site, now with poor RTP, poor customer service, poor promotions what's the point.
