Hi there.
On a 02.04.2021 I've made a deposits of 400euro on a VulkanVegas casino. After lost those money,and because of my gambling problems I have decided to block my account. Went to chat and Ask about it,first agent send me to another. But wasn't any reaction. They have IGNORED my case. After that I have deposited around 600-800 more (don't know exactlly,was in "crazy Modus")...after lost those money went to chat once again and then they have set limits and closed my account. If IT would be made at first time I will be probably not loose another few houndred Euros...
Nie ,after 2 days they ignore my emails,and chat questions...also told me that they can't sens chat transcripts to my email ,so I have no proof of this chat. But they surely have.
I'd like to recieve back, Money,that I've lost after first chat request to closing my account.
