PLAYER RESIDENT IN CÓRDOBA CAPITAL, ARGENTINA - ACCOUNT REGISTERED AND VERIFIED WITH CÓRDOBA ADDRESS. STAKE KNEW MY LOCATION. Stake does NOT hold a license from Lotería de Córdoba to operate in my jurisdiction. They were operating unauthorized in my province.
1. DETECTION AND FAILURE TO BLOCK:
On 05/04/2026 at 22:23 my VIP Host Elizabeth (official Stake employee) detected in writing: "I feel you are anxious and I don't want you to have a bad experience, that's why I suggested a break". Under Curaçao RG rules this detection requires immediate temporary block and RG assessment. No block was applied. They continued giving bonuses.
2. EXPLOITATION POST-DETECTION:
02/02 and 03/02/2026 I requested $250k-300k USDT LOANS to my VIP hosts stating inability to deposit for 1 week. No RG protocol triggered.
03/04/2026 20:32-21:08 compulsive night messages: "please one more bonus 20/30 and I won't bother you anymore" / "please to get through the night". No block, more bonuses.
05/04/2026 20:35 chasing confession: "everything you give me in bonuses I leave again in Stake if I don't withdraw" / "I really want to keep playing". Host responded with more bonuses.
16/08/2026 I stated "I'm very anxious haha" and "I'm desperate to play". Same day VIP Host Manny increased my reload from $7.73 to $110 (+1322%) while in crisis.
3. HOSPITALIZATION IGNORED:
On 29/04/2026 I was hospitalized in Córdoba Capital for gambling disorder (medical certificate attached). Stake allowed continuous deposits until 23/08/2026, almost 4 months AFTER hospitalization, knowing I am from Argentina.
4. LATE SELF-EXCLUSION AS ADMISSION OF GUILT:
On 23/08/2026 at 11:57 ClaudiaT from Stake.com applied indefinite self-exclusion with Reason: "Concerning statements". This is a late admission after 5 months of ignoring concerning statements. No remediation offered for the 05/04 to 23/08 period where they allowed me to lose while detected as vulnerable.
5. DENIAL OF COMPLAINT RIGHT:
On 26/08/2026 support denied Case ID. Email [email protected] bounces. Email [email protected] bounces. Breach of LOK Art 31 and CGA Art 5.5 that mandates Complaint Form and Case ID. Screenshots attached.
6. QUANTIFICATION OF HARM:
444 days registered, 162,534 bets (366 per day, 15 per hour 24/7), wagered $154M USD, 231 crypto deposits 5.7M USDT + 315 fiat deposits $388M ARS = 293k USDT. Total deposited 6,037,385 USDT, 52 withdrawals 4.9M USDT. Net loss post-detection 1,118,055 USDT + 323,000 P2P costs = 1,441,055.59 USDT claimed. Last 60 days 645 fiat deposit attempts (315 successful) - clear loss of control pattern. Full CSV attached.
7. MARKETING POST-SELF-EXCLUSION (ONGOING PREDATORY BEHAVIOR TODAY 07/09/2026):
My account was officially self-excluded on 23/08/2026 for "Concerning statements". This proves the casino finally admitted my Responsible Gambling issue, but too late after 5 months of ignoring my concerning statements.
Even after that self-exclusion, Stake is STILL sending me weekly bonus, reload and promo notifications via App and via Telegram from my VIP hosts until today 07/09/2026.
This is intentional inducement to breach self-exclusion. They officially exclude me to cover themselves, but they keep triggering me with bonuses so I will request to lift the exclusion. Then they can say "the player asked to return". This is predatory behavior and forbidden under ALL Responsible Gambling rules. Direct breach of self-exclusion directed at a player from Córdoba, Argentina.
I will attach screenshots of bonuses received AFTER the self-exclusion date as additional proof.
REQUEST:
a) Full Responsible Gambling breach investigation.
b) Full refund of 1,441,055.59 USDT of deposits allowed while being a detected vulnerable player (05/04/2026 to 23/08/2026).
c) Indefinite block maintained.
d) Escalation to CGA for exemplary sanction and license review of Medium Rare N.V. if not refunded.
e) Investigation for predatory post-self-exclusion marketing and operation without license in Córdoba, Argentina.
