I had an active live bet where cash out was available. I tried multiple times to cash out, but each attempt was rejected by the system. Because of this, I was later forced to cash out at a much lower rate and with a worse outcome.I contacted customer support and provided screenshots showing what happened. Unfortunately, the response I received was essentially that nothing could be done about it.In my view, this is not fair. If a cash-out option is being offered, customers should be able to use it. Repeatedly rejecting valid cash-out attempts and then forcing the user to accept a worse cash-out value later creates a very frustrating experience.
