⭐ 1/5 — Serious concerns over UK onboardingMy experience with Stake has raised serious concerns.I was directly approached by someone promoting Stake. I made it clear from the outset that I was in the UK, where Stake.com is not licensed to operate.Despite this, I was then directed to a third party who created an account and email for me. The residency/KYC information used did not reflect my actual circumstances, yet the account was still able to access Stake and gamble. After providing the username that had been created for me, a promotional bonus was activated and was available for me to claim through Stake.I subsequently raised these circumstances directly with Stake and asked them to investigate how I had been approached, referred, onboarded and provided access despite clearly stating that I was UK-based.At the time of writing, I am yet to receive a substantive response to my formal complaint, or any meaningful direct contact addressing the issues I have raised.Given the seriousness of the circumstances, I expected a clear explanation of how this onboarding process was able to happen in the first place and what action Stake intends to take. This review reflects my own experience and the evidence I have retained. I would strongly encourage anyone considering using Stake to understand the regulatory position in their own country and to be extremely cautious about affiliate or third-party approaches.Sendor31
