I had an extremely frustrating experience with this sportsbook.I spent approximately one hour building a 35-leg bet slip in the Bet Creator. After carefully selecting all of my picks, the entire slip suddenly disappeared. When I contacted customer support, I was told that the page may have refreshed due to browser updates or other possible reasons. That explanation is simply not acceptable. I did not refresh the page, and I did nothing that should have caused my selections to disappear. After investing so much time and effort, I expected a better solution than being told that nothing could be done because the bet had not yet been placed.Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to be a technical issue on their platform, they dismissed the problem and offered no compensation or meaningful assistance. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the platform. I would not recommend it to anyone who values their time.
