Stake Casino - Player’s deposit has not been credited.

The player from India had deposited INR 5,000 into Stake on December 25th, but the funds were not credited to his account. Despite confirmation from his bank that the transaction was successful, Stake claimed they had not received the money and insisted he visit the bank for a refund, which the bank stated was not possible. The player provided extensive evidence and correspondence with both the bank and casino, asserting that multiple transactions had been debited but not credited to his Stake account. The casino maintained that the funds were never received by their payment provider and recommended the player pursue a refund through his bank, which repeatedly rejected chargeback requests citing successful credit to the beneficiary. After thorough investigation and multiple communications, the complaint was closed due to the player's lack of further response, with the option to reopen if he chose to resume communication.
