I came to Rollbit as a high-volume player from another major crypto betting platform, specifically to test their betting limits on The Masters 2026.I made a deposit directly from Polymarket (a clean, verified exchange address).After placing the maximum allowed bet, my limit instantly dropped to just $1. I contacted support, and they promised to increase the limits. After waiting for hours with no result, I decided to withdraw the funds.What happened next was shocking:They immediately required all three levels of KYC.After I completed full verification, they asked me to explain the source of funds.I provided all the necessary information.Despite completing everything they asked for, without any warning or explanation, Rollbit froze my withdrawal of $850 and silently returned the money back to the original Polymarket deposit address (a shared exchange address). Because of this, I will most likely lose the entire amount.I am actually glad this happened with only $850. If I had deposited the much larger sum I originally planned, the consequences would have been far worse.It feels like Rollbit deliberately freezes funds from serious players in hopes that they will simply give up and the platform can keep the money.This is one of the most greedy and unprofessional platforms I have ever encountered. They lure high-volume players with promises of better limits and service, force them through full KYC and source of funds checks, and then freeze the money anyway.Rollbit has completely destroyed any trust.

Withdrawal blocked and no response for over 2 weeks.I deposited around $700 and requested a withdrawal of about $500 in the span of two weeks. After that, my account was flagged for “linked accounts”, even though I only have one account.I clearly explained everything, including the fact that I may have been connected to a work VPN, which could have affected my IP. I also completed KYC up to Level 3 and offered to complete any additional verification.Despite fully cooperating, support and compliance have stopped responding completely, and my withdrawal remains unresolved.Very disappointing experience, especially given the lack of communication.

To preface, I have over $2Million USD wagered, and currently have $79k USD stuck in withdrawals that Rollbit is finding a hundred different reasons to deny.As long as you are losing $$$, everything is perfect.However, The instant you win and try to withdraw, they will request KYC immediately and subsequently block all your withdraws. This is in-line with my own experiences as well. All my winning s are from sports (and man do their sportsbook suck), and the casino-side has always drained my money.This thing is, Bonus Buys on certain low volatility slots should rarely ever pay 0.0x, since the payout should be centered around the RTP +/- ~25%. Trust me on the math here, I've done my research. So, on one specific 96%RTP slot , I've done ~100 bonus buys on Stake and that returned around 90% of my initial stake. The chances of that happening was roughly 82%.Here's the thing - on Rollbit, I did around 100 bonus buys on that same slot as well and close to 50 of them returned 0.0x. Overall RTP was 3% on 100 bonus buys, on a LOW volatility slot. Assuming their advertised RTP of 96% was true, and the low volatility (95% of the time the bonus buy should pay + or - 25% from the advertised RTP) was true as indicated in the slot's help menu, the chances of that happening was 0.0000000032%. That's 3 in a BILLION. The numbers clearly suggest Rollbit is cheating their customers.The only reason why I was incentivized to use this site was due to lack of KYC since I don't trust crypto sites with my personal info, including Stake. However, if you use Rollbit and win $$$, there's no way in hell they'll let you withdraw it, so good luck if you use this scam site.

Opened an account and used this bookie without any problems or limits for about 2 months placing mostly smaller bets under $30 and smallish bets in the Casino . two days ago ago I log into my account and it flashes the warning" you sportsbook privileges are suspended" Chat support said they would inform me over email. Was playing several months with no withdrawal problems, but couple days ago had won several bets in a row and company had blocked bookmaker line for me and withdrawals. KYC was passed and verified. After that support started to ask me to list my other accounts on their casino, I have answered that I do not have any. But they continue to write letters that I must list all my accounts on Rollbit. On Friday, my account was permanently deactivated without any specific explanation, only alleging a generic "violation of the Terms of Service". They didn't explain any reason for the block, they simply blocked it, and when I entered the chat they said I had violated the terms and that the balance would be lost.Currently, I have US$3,386.52 on the platform (US$1,586.52 in balance and US$1,800.00 in pending withdrawals). I have screenshots of everything.All my funds were obtained through legitimate sports betting before the games started. I also have screenshots of the bets I placed. My identity and documents were fully approved by the team even before I started betting.The only possible technical problem could be my internet provider (Starlink), which uses international gateways/IPs because it's a satellite service. This is a technical characteristic of the provider, not a violation of the rules on the user's part. Anyone who uses Starlink knows that it can sometimes pull an IP from another country, but this is beyond the user's control and does not constitute a violation.I have already contacted support by email but have not received any professional response or evidence of any irregularity.
