was accused for multiple accounts, in order to not give me my money. They wanted me to give them a list with accounts linked to me, but I had nothing to confess. So, my money is frozen there, and they are not willing to answer me at all.

Withdrawal Blocked Without Reason – Asking for “Other Accounts” I Don’t Have
My withdrawal on Rollbit has been blocked for days with no real explanation. I completed all the verification steps, submitted every document they requested, and my account is fully KYC-verified.Now they are claiming that I “need to clarify other accounts,” but I only have ONE account on Rollbit. I have never created or used any other account, and they do not provide any evidence or details about this accusation.Support simply stopped replying to my emails, and my money is still stuck on the platform. I have used Rollbit before and made several withdrawals without any issues, so this sudden problem makes no sense.I am requesting that Rollbit release my withdrawal immediately or at least provide a clear and transparent explanation backed by evidence. Blocking a verified user’s withdrawal and then going silent is unacceptable behavior from any gambling platform.I’m sharing my experience here so other players are aware, and I hope Rollbit resolves this as soon as possible.

House of Rigged Games be careful
House of Rigged Games be careful, this casino is going down quickly, and they are fleecing the few users left. Some serious concerns about fair play at his casino. Take the time to read the reviews, they all seem to share the same consensus, and connect. Do not deposit, or play here. You will lose your money, and not even hair a FAIR chance at any gameplay sadly. A real shame people operate like this, but when they work in shady parts of the World, with no recourse, or official audits this is what you get. One of the worst bonus program structures I have ever seen also.

Account Disabled and Unable to Withdraw FundsI made a deposit of 500 USDC and placed two bets of 150 USDC each. Shortly afterward, my maximum stake size was suddenly limited to 1 USD.I then attempted to withdraw my remaining balance, but I received an error message stating that my account is restricted. I contacted live support and received a reply about 30 minutes later informing me that my account had been disabled.I have since asked how I can withdraw my funds, but I have not received any further response, and I am now unable to log in to my account.I also done the KYC.Stay away from this site, they are SCAMMERS!

The most fraudulent bookmaker I've ever…
The most fraudulent bookmaker I've ever met, I passed all the verifications, but as soon as I started winning, they said that I still have accounts, while they can't give proof of past verifications, knowing my data, anyone can register, it's very cunning on their part to use this argument, as a result, they don't give money, they don't respond to my claims and requests.

Misleading bet descriptions
I placed a bet to hit the post or crossbar at rollbit. The post was clearly hit but then rollbit claimed that the small print says the ball needs to hit the post and come back into play. If that's the bet you're taking then say that in the bet description at the point of sale not in the small print.

Rollbit stole my $420
I made 2 deposits of ~$120 each at the casino and was betting on sports. In total, I wagered $3,600 with a profit of ~$500. Next, I tried to withdraw them outMy withdrawal of $419.47 was frozen with the status "Contact Support". Support requested KYC (which was done). After that, support started responding only identical messages about my accounts "Hey there,We'll need you to list your other accounts that you've had on Rollbit.". I have not received a response from their compliance, and support ignores me for several days. Noting the advantages of the site they still gave me some of the money - $321To summarize - rollbit is scam platform. My withdrawal is still pending with the same status

Underage gambling experience on Rollbit — hoping for a fair response
I’m posting this to share my experience and hopefully get some help. I’m 16 years old and have been using Rollbit for about 2–3 years, during which I lost roughly $11,000 USD. I’ve already self-excluded and contacted support to explain that I was underage the entire time, but they refused to refund any deposits.I understand that gambling as a minor was wrong on my part, but online casinos are supposed to verify age and prevent underage users from accessing the site. Rollbit never verified my identity during those years.I’m not trying to attack anyone — I just want to do things properly and get some acknowledgment or guidance on how to resolve this. If anyone from Rollbit or their compliance team sees this, please reach out so we can sort this out fairly.

Rollbit Casino - blocked my account after winning $22,000 – no response from support
I would like to share my experience with **Rollbit Casino**, and hopefully someone can advise me on what to do next.
A few weeks ago, I won **$22,200** playing only casino games — mainly roulette, blackjack, and slot machines. These winnings were **100% from regular gameplay**, not from any kind of betting exploit or suspicious activity. I simply got lucky.
Before this win, I had **no issues depositing or withdrawing** funds. However, shortly after my big win, my entire account was **suddenly blocked**. All functions were disabled — I couldn’t deposit, withdraw, or even play. The only message I received was:
_“The functionality of this account has been restricted.”_
Later, Rollbit **accused me of having multiple accounts**, which is absolutely false. I only have **one account**, under the username **zanco33**. And I also have to mention, I made step 4 verification while other players that play here had only step 2 verification and got their money without any problems
Since then, I have sent **four emails** to their support team, but **received no response at all**.
I would really appreciate any help or advice on what steps I can take next. Has anyone experienced something similar with Rollbit?
Thank you in advance.

Rollbit - blocked my funds
In early 2025, I won approximately $99,000 on Rollbit.com (username: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇). Big part of my money inside were deposits . I withdrew about $52,000 in small amounts ($3k–$4k each) without any problem.
On 20 March 2025, my account was suddenly blocked with the remaining ~$47,000 still inside. There was no warning or explanation.
I contacted support repeatedly for a month with no reply. Finally, Rollbit accused me of “money laundering” without providing any evidence or specific details, and told me not to contact them again.
I have completed full KYC and passed all verification steps. The account is mine personally and all funds were legitimately won from my own play. I am willing to provide any additional documents they may need, but Rollbit never requested a source-of-funds check before the ban.
This accusation is baseless, and I believe Rollbit is unfairly withholding my legitimate winnings. I am requesting the release of the remaining ~$47,000 and a clear explanation for their actions.

Rollbit - Accepted KYC from restricted country, got disabled after 3-4 years of play
Hello, there are actually 2 situations I want to state in this.
First, I had won around 3200$ from live games. I showed my excitement in the community chat on-site and I was instantly restricted from giving tips/withdrawing.
I reached out to support because I was confused. I had my KYC level almost maxed, why is it important is because, on their site, when you scroll down, you can see that withdraws are available regardless of KYC levels.
But that wasn’t the matter. After many days of being told that “this matter has been forwarded to another colleague” multiple times. The owner Razer reached out via support. He did not state reasons at first why my withdraws/tips were locked after me asking multiple times. Next, he asked how many accounts did I have and asked for every single one of them. My emails, account usernames, everything.
After trying to provide all these account names, which I did not even use nor remembered that well, I was thinking if it is something to do with playing under my back-then-friends IP-address because he also used to play on Rollbit.com. After myself having to figure out what the reason was, I told him about me playing in my friends place and he unrestricted me.
Funnily enough, I believed I will never see this balance again, I didn’t know why, I just didn’t, so I just threw away the balance and decided to have “fun” with it. The unrestriction was done after I lost my balance.
Similar situation had happened to another player. This matter was taken up by many big streamers from other casinos and it got a big reach. The player who was also a victim of that matter, got his balance refunded and the situation got resolved fairly quickly.
So I tried to do the same. I did a X post. But just as I thought, I simply did not have the reach and that post is still just sitting there. I also have to add that Razer had blocked me in X after stating my issue under the other guys post. So there is no way I can reach him through X.
Second issue with Rollbit and I feel the most important one and the main topic of this post.
As an old player of Rollbit, almost 3 years already I believe, KYC was required, so I could withdraw my balance freely whenever I wanted to. KYC was done many years ago in the early stages of when I started playing on their site. KYC was accepted, pretty much max KYC without any issues.
Overall, I am down money on casino games on Rollbit. So I played and played chasing my losses. And today after many years of playing, on a random day, my account was disabled. So again, I reached out to support because again I was confused.
The reason? Playing from a restricted country. The country in question is Estonia. I am an Estonian, born in Ireland. But this does not matter as this country was restricted from playing.
I had no knowledge of that. There were no labels, warnings, stops for me saying that I, as an Estonian resident cannot play.
In the support ticket, I was given zero valid reasons as to why my KYC was accepted with my Estonian documents many years ago in the first place. Those documents were all from Estonia and as stated before I did not have any knowledge about me not being able to play on their site, legally.
And when I asked them about why they accepted my KYC in the first place, knowingly that I am a player from a restricted country, I was ignored or was given a copy-monologue which did not even answer my question.
I will add screenshots of my chats with Razer on the first matter from my twitter posts, if I can find all of them, unfortunately I cannot reach my tickets anymore on-site, and screenshots from my last Rollbit support talks after the disabling.
What is the take on this?
Thank you for your taking your time on reading this, looking forward to hearing from you and giving me further advice/ help on this.
Kind regards,

RoIlbit Casino - I am not allowed to withdraw my funds despite completing full verification and not violating any rules.
Hello,
I’m submitting this complaint because Rollbit is withholding my money without justification and accusing me of something I haven’t done.
A few days ago, I requested my first withdrawal of $282. My current total balance is $782, which I’ve accumulated through various bets (some won, some lost, and some refunded) after depositing over $800 in total.
I have completed the entire Level 3 verification process, including interactive selfie, ID check, and all required steps. However, after requesting the withdrawal, the support team started insisting that I list other accounts allegedly linked to mine. I have made it clear from the beginning that this is my only Rollbit account, I do not have any others, and I am willing to cooperate fully to clarify this.
Despite that, they keep pressuring me to admit to having multiple accounts, and are denying the withdrawal with generic responses like: “We cannot proceed until you are truthful and cooperate.” It feels like they are trying to push me to admit something that simply isn’t true.
I’ve been completely transparent, verified my identity, and followed all platform rules. It is unfair and unacceptable that they are blocking access to my funds without providing any real evidence or clear explanation.
After doing some research, I’ve seen that other users have experienced similar issues with Rollbit, which raises further concern. That’s why I’m turning to you, hoping you can act as a mediator and help me recover what rightfully belongs to me.
Thank you for your attention.

Rollbit - Request for Mediation Over Account Ban and Funds Seizure
Dear ThePogg Team,
I am seeking mediation regarding a dispute with the online casino Rollbit, operated by Bull Gaming N.V. under the Curaçao gaming license. I believe Rollbit has unfairly banned my account and seized $1,200 of my funds based on a misunderstanding. Here is a summary of the situation:
**Incident Overview**:
A few months ago, I attempted to assist a friend who was underage with funds locked in his Rollbit account by completing the KYC on his behalf. My intent was purely to help him access his funds, and Rollbit’s support team, including a representative named ▇▇▇▇▇, was informed of this. They acknowledged that I was not the account owner, rejected my KYC attempt, and required my friend to complete KYC himself, which he did successfully, withdrawing his funds and closing his account.
**My Personal Account Ban**:
Following this, I created my own Rollbit account, deposited $1,200, and completed KYC under my name. Shortly after, Rollbit banned my account for “ban evasion,” a decision they justified by referencing my initial KYC attempt on behalf of my friend. They subsequently seized $1,200 of my funds in my personal account.
**Grounds for Complaint**:
While I understand that attempting to KYC for a friend was against policy, I acted transparently, and Rollbit clearly recognised that I was not the account owner. Given that my personal account was fully verified, separate, and entirely independent from the prior account, I believe Rollbit’s seizure of my funds is a disproportionate response and contrary to fair consumer treatment.
**Supporting Documentation**:
- **Acknowledgment from Rollbit** that I was not the owner of my friend’s account and a rejection of the KYC attempt: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
- **Statement from Rollbit** about the ban and fund seizure on my own account: ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇
**Request for Assistance**:
I am reaching out to request ThePogg’s help in mediating this issue to achieve a fair resolution. I would be grateful for any assistance in securing the release of my funds, as my account and actions were transparent and independent.
Thank you for your time, and I appreciate any guidance ThePogg may provide.
Best regards,
