Pink Casino - Accused of bonus fraud

Hello, I signed up to Pink Casino about a week ago and did their welcome offer. I lost the first one and they offered a 2nd deposit bonus. I did that and ended up winning £3577. After I put in a withdrawal they asked for KYC documents which I supplied them. They then said that they needed a selfie picture of me with my ID and then I could receive my withdrawal. After I sent them it, the following day they said I was committing several breaches of the contract and my winnings have been confiscated and the decision is final. They haven't even said what I did wrong other than 'several breaches'. My account with them is [EDIT] and my email [EDIT]. The person who was emailing me was [EDIT]. Thanks,
