21 - Self excluded and allowed to sign up to sister site
I signed up with 21.co.uk some time ago. I was an addicted gambler from the age of 18 and it completely ruined my life at the time. I self excluded permanently from there and then I managed to open an account with Royal Panda. Once again, I self excluded from this site. I also managed to sign up for an account with Pink Casino (I did not know at the time that they were all sister companies and they have rules and regulations in place to stop people from self excluding from one of their sites and then being able to sign up for another) i had my account verified by Pink Casino by sending in various identification documentation and was even then classed as a “VIP member” (which looking back was obviously a ploy to get me to spend even more with them as it was obvious I had a serious problem)
I managed to lose over 10k in the space of 3 days with Pink casino.
I should have never been allowed to have my account verified after self excluding from a sister company and I also feel that more should have been done to stop me from being able to spend such a ridiculous amount of money when I was only on minimum wage in such a short space of time.

Pink - Self excluded due to bipolar but casino have let me down.
I suffer with bipolar and sometimes in manic stages I gamble. I registered with GamStop over a year ago and I am still registered. Recently I was in a mental health facility as I experienced mania. I gambled an unaffordable amount of money with Pink Casino and now I am unable to pay rent or buy essentials. I contacted Pink Casino and provided them with confirmation of registration and also confirmation of my diagnosis. I explained the circumstances. They have said that because a . Was misplaced in the email address I signed up with, they cannot help me. This is despite the fact that I have the exact same name, date of birth and address as that registered with Gamstop. They cannot have done sufficient verification checks. Every other gambling website disallows me to open an account. Pink have refused to help me despite the dire circumstances I am now in. I even asked if they could refund me if I paid the total back in instalments. I shouldn't have been allowed to gamble whilst self excluded anyway.
Please can you help me? I'm desperate

Pink - Gamstop
I am a problem gambler and have lost much money over the years. As such on the 11th September I registered with Gamstop.
I then had a moment of madness when I tried to gamble again and set up accounts with 21.co.uk and pink casino (both part of the Leo Vegas group) who are signed up as participants in the Gamstop scheme - their customer services have confirmed this. This complaint is regarding both of these casinos. They both allowed me to set up accounts and spend in excess of £50,000 over a couple of days.
Their support line also apologised for the fact that they allowed me to set up accounts when I had been registered with Gamstop for several weeks before these accounts were set up. They even recommended Gamstop as a way of excluding from other casinos in an email to me when closing the accounts.
They asked me to supply details of my Gamstop registration and details of the information of my registration which match identically to the details I gave when signing up to the casinos.
I supplied this over a week ago, was advised I would hear back within 48 hours and have had no response from any of my emails to them since and it is worrying me sick.
Please can you advise me how to move this forwards.
Many thanks

Pink - Being able to gamble when excluded
I am signed up to GamStop and have been since the beginning of August. I’ve got quite a lot going on at the moment and this morning I slipped up and signed up to Pink Casino where I deposited money that really I don’t have. When looking into it, I checked and found that they are a sister company under Leo Vegas who are under the GamStop. When asking Pink if they were part of it they advised me they weren’t, however I have confirmation from GamStop themselves that they are actually a part of it. I sent Pink an email stating what had happened, as advised by the online chat adviser, and have not had any acknowledgement of the email let alone a response. I don’t know what to do as I know I shouldn’t have joined myself up for it however they shouldn’t have allowed me to do so. Thankyou :)

Pink - self-exclusion
Hi,I have a bad gambling problem and after self excluding from several online casinos I was advised by one to try GamStop which I did, as I said I have a gambling problem so i did have a wobble and relapse and went looking online for a site I could gamble on and I had tried numerous to no avail so that meant GamStop was working, I then tried LeoVegas and it refused to let me register so I thought it was either a casino I'd self excluded from before or that it was same as others I'd tried it was with GamStop and so was not letting me, anyway I then tried a pink casino which I had no problem signing up and depositing at and over about three weeks I've deposited 2135.00 with losses of 1621.00,I then was looking at something regarding pink casino and information concerning LeoVegas came up rather than for pink casino as id expected, I then found out that pink casino is a sister company with LeoVegas and who is also a participating company of Gamstop too so whether it had been due to self exclusion or due to me being already signed up to GamStop beforehand then I should never have been able to join pink casino or to be able to deposit on their site in the first place, and on finding that out i subsequently self excluded myself from there straight away for maximum time allowed, I've now emailed casino explaining the above and have asked if they would consider refunding the deposits made by me since i shouldn't have been allowed to deposit and play on their site in the first place and am now waiting for a response, do you think ive got a case? Thanks

Pink - casino let me deposit when excluded
Hi so to start this off I’m a problem gambler, I havent gambled in just under a month and gave in and looked for a casino I was signed up to which led me to pink casino. I then went on to deposit a total of £450 on there (this was the only site I could find that allowed me on) of which i didn’t have. I then realised that this was a partner company of Leo Vegas gaming limited which is a participating company with Gamstop to which Gamstop ha e confirmed with me. I was so upset as I’m signed up with Gamstop that I shouldn’t have been allowed to go on my account at all let alone deposit. I spoke to pink casino asking for a refund for my deposits and they asked me to send them the email of which confirmed I was on Gamstop to which I sent to them. I then got an email from another support person there saying they are not on Gamstop which is a lie as Gamstop have said they are. They were at first replying within 15 minutes of emails been sent out however when I told them they were in fact a part of Gamstop they have not replied to me. I sent them an email this morning to ask them why they are ignoring me and got an email back saying it can take up to 5 days for them to reply which it did not have in the original emails where the ticket number is. They are just prolonging it. If I wasn’t allowed to gamble there I wouldn’t have obviously but they allowed it when they shouldn’t have and I now have ended up spending £450 I did not really have l :( I know this is a long description but would really appreciate your help. Thank you ever so much. Regards [EDIT].
Ps I still have all the emails send to me from Gamstop and pink casino.

Pink Casino - Bonus issue
Last night I started playing at Pink Casino created a new account, and deposited a total of £500. By playing Blackjack, I took this amount up to approximately £730, using my own money rather than any bonus funds to win this amount. When I then tried to withdraw this amount it wouldn't let me. I then noticed there was a bonus added on my account (something like a £1 bonus to pay 10x wins on slots, I never play slots only blackjack), which I have no record of accepting. I clicked on "No Thanks" on the bonus options when creating my account, so I thought this was a mistake and selected to remove this bonus. When I did this my money of £730 also disappeared.
This is very concerning as I feel my money has been stolen off me.
Could you please look into this and get this resolved asap, I would like my money back.

Pink Casino - Accused of bonus fraud
Hello, I signed up to Pink Casino about a week ago and did their welcome offer. I lost the first one and they offered a 2nd deposit bonus. I did that and ended up winning £3577. After I put in a withdrawal they asked for KYC documents which I supplied them. They then said that they needed a selfie picture of me with my ID and then I could receive my withdrawal. After I sent them it, the following day they said I was committing several breaches of the contract and my winnings have been confiscated and the decision is final. They haven't even said what I did wrong other than 'several breaches'. My account with them is [EDIT] and my email [EDIT]. The person who was emailing me was [EDIT].
Thanks,
