Without any warning they block your id and they will not return your money I suggest not to play here I have looses my 8000 rupee when I am depositing then there is no issue but when I tried to withdraw they can with number of issues. For depositing easy process UPI bit fro withdrawing unnecessary rule and regulation.

Of more than 350 soles of balance from one transfer to the next I had 0 soles. Hi I need a little help, I can't make a withdrawal request, First of all the site does not offer for German customers skrill neteller bank wire credit card or paypal options to withdraw the money, Option for withdraw in my case was ecopayz, perfectmoney, piastrix, advcash, ( last two not supported from German banks as they are Russian ones) ,Russian credit card and a bunch of crypto methods. On chat, they told me to withdraw the money (it's about 210 euro) I have to make a request on withdrawal page, and that they do not accept any bank wire account information or information on skrill neteller user accounts. Well I went to ecopayz and perfectmoney registered and verify my new account in both cases. Once i did it, I made a request on pin-up.bet site to withdraw with ecopayz that has been cancelled due to technical issues. The answer or chat was " your withdrawal cannot be processed via Ecopayz as they are having issues in your country" Which is not truth as ecopayz have a German customer support. 10 Min later, the statement was I can use ecopayz. Hi all. I hope you are well. I’m hoping you can assist me please. I have only got back to this request as it was put on the back burner due to illness. Around the time of April 2018, I signed up to Pin-up casino, I started depositing funds and playing. I won a few times and was paid out some money which was instant, however my account was locked and closed. I deposited approximately £7000 during this whole process and when I then contacted support they made a claim to say they suspected that I used a VPN to mask my location as they did not accept players from the UK, which is utter nonsense. I work in IT and I know about VPN’s and how they are used, I would never go about masking my location to register at a casino site. I asked multiple times for proof of this, to this day they have never responded. They also once claimed that I didn’t have an account with them so they moved the goalposts etc. It’s not only until I emailed a few times they accepted that I had an account with them.
