Brilliant customer service and safer gambling team
Had to engage with the safer gambling team as I'd recieved an account suspension due to mentioning that I have ADHD and autism to an agent in a prior chat sesion.However, I was encountered by a very friendly, understanding and encouraging agent who was also very patient with my slow responses. She focused only on making me aware of available serices/tools provided by PP that could be useful rather than forcing them on me, and, to me, she wasn't intrusive when calculating my income, only asking for estimates rather than actual figures.For once, I found it an absolute delight talking to PP's customer service team compared to the many other CS's I've spoken to over the years which would often just lead to stress... not here though.
