I have a lot happening health wise and suffer severe anxiety and mental health . Incontinence daily and lung disease on top of multiple disabilities I struggle to relax and I get intense thoughts . I go here for a numb and I know it's for fun for some . But it shuts me off from my struggles and then makes me feel rotten with guilt . I asked for help today I reached out . I'm desperate like many silently going through hell with the services and NHS . I really did ask for help today and fingers crossed they heard me and are going to help . Maybe we should Set wareness for people with severe health and mental health matters and gambling sites because banks too shouldn't be allowing this I feel so bad on myself but I have no social life because I'm isolated most days with hidden battles I've over 40 diagnosis and specialists and these sites really are vulnerable to people like myself or grieving . 🤞
