I am registered to GAMSTOP since August last year but Novibet allowed me to open an account with them and verified it. I raised a complaint about it and they have been told me that the postcode registered is different because has swapped the last 2 digits. So they didn’t take in consideration all the other details. The same complaint has been raised with Pokerstars.co.uk and has been accepted and all the money refunded.
