N1 — player complaint #61157, 2022-06-17: game fairness

I mainly play slot games by 'PragmaticPlay' & 'PlaynGo' . Prior to registering at a casino, I always check the RTP of PragmaticPlay & PlaynGo slot games to ensure they are at the 96% - 96.5% average. Why? Because the difference between a RTP of 94% and 96.5% is an increase in the House edge by 50%** When logged out of a N1 Interactive brand, whether it be SlotWolf, Slothunter or N1Casino, when launching a PragmaticPlay or PlaynGo slot game, the RTP shows the average, 96.5%. However upon logging in and making a deposit, the RTP decreases by 1% - 2%. Therefore after spending large sums of money on PragmaticPlay & PlaynGo since March, all this time I have been of the knowledge that I have been playing slot games with an RTP of above 96%, as advertised prior to registering an account and depositing. When discovering that I had in fact been playing @ an RTP of < 60%, I was very disappointed considering how a RTP difference of 1% is huge from a mathematical standpoint. Therefore I am requesting a refund of all funds wagered on PragmaticPlay & PlaynGo for all N1 Interactive brands.
