The player from Ireland sought verification of the legitimacy of the site mellfan.com, which was advertised as a 1Win affiliate under license # OGL/2024/587/0621, before proceeding with verification. The player reported being unable to access mellstroy.com due to a regional block and had accumulated winnings of 500,000 rubles on mellfan.com using a welcome bonus without making deposits. We requested additional information regarding deposits, bonus terms, and communication with customer support to verify the casino's legitimacy and the connection between the two sites. Due to the player's lack of response to inquiries and reminders, the complaint was closed without resolution.
