Your response is completely unacceptable.I strongly reject your response because it does not address my complaint in any meaningful way.For more than 15 days, my 1000 AZN deposit has remained unavailable despite the fact that my bank confirmed the transaction was successfully completed.I have provided every document your company requested, including my bank statement, payment confirmation, RRN, screenshots, banking application video, and additional verification documents.Nevertheless, MelBet continues to provide only repetitive template responses without any official explanation, investigation results, or estimated resolution date.In my view, your company is avoiding responsibility and unnecessarily prolonging the resolution of this case instead of providing a transparent and professional response.I have lost confidence in MelBet's complaint handling process because, after more than 15 days, I still have no information about the status or location of my funds.I am now proceeding with formal legal and financial procedures, including a Mastercard Chargeback through my bank and complaints to the relevant regulatory authorities.
