I played Evolution Gaming's Monopoly Live, and as I put 11€ on 2 rolls and 10€ on 4 rolls, my bets were rejected and the wheel stopped at 4 rolls. After the 4 rolls were made, winnings were significant, multiplier was over 80 in overall). I contacted Evolution's live support immediately and they told me that they would contact Maneki Casino's support as soon as the problem was solved. Couple days after that I contacted Maneki Casino's support about that, and they insisted, that I had bonus money, which I sure didn't. I have pictures about my bonuses, which were way after that session. I contacted them 18.10.2019 about this thing and I haven't had any kind of closures about it.
Unfortunately I didn't take pictures from my conversation with Evolution's customer support.
