Maneki - wagering changed

I got a promotion of the maneki casino 150% bonus wagering 20 times. I deposit 100 so i get 250 euro. Then they change the wagering to 25 times. I won a nice price but with 20 times wagering the price was 750 euro more. I have sent a screenshot to the casino vip manger but she said no 25 times. But in the mail i get there is 20 times. I hope that the pogg can help me with this problem.
