i as the casino,jackpotcity requested submitted a photo id, utility bill, bank statements. i was asked to get a new id as the one i sent was un clear and damaged. i advised the casino i was getting a new id they acknowledge this but later called and said my winnings was confiscated. i immediately sent in my new id with a statutory declaration certifying that the id was a true photo of me, and also sent a second stat dec certifying id was true and sighted and not tampered with. im still awaiting the casinos response. i did as they requested my documentation is all certified i want to be paid out my $80000.00 . what can i do ????

Hi, I play Jackpot City and on Wednesday night I played a game where I won $1000 on a 5 of a kind in a set of 15 free games on Georgie Porgie. Now I went to withdraw the amount and it states that I could only withdraw $500 worth and I had a bonus of $600 worth.
