i have load 300usd to goldbet and have some bonus sittings on bonus sections -freespins, (after FS = 15$) -free chips 30$ after doing all wager boths of the bonus, i have balance left 150$ (from 300$ deposits) i got 2 ready for claims bonus on bonus section, 30$ and 15$ and i click claim it, in an instant my topup balance goes 0 and replaced with bonus that i just click claim 45$ who the hell want to claim 40$ and delete 150$ real balance? i asking support for help, but they are copy,paste, hello friends, your platform have bug a mistake, errors, a glitch, OR A TRAP , where is service mind. you doing repeats CTRL+V bonus policy , nothing i can do,logout and leave, next day i login checking and i see a new bonus 15$ doing activated and go to wager, bonus credits is charge up to my left over, wagering completed easy and claim it. it repeat again, 40$ to 0 replaced with new 15$ . hey,who the hell want 10$ instead of 40$ i urge them again and yes, it is a copy paste scripts bonus policy. casino that traps bonuses to drain real deposits balance lol, crazy logout Disputed amount: 300$ Casino: GoldBet Case #: 4688
