The player from Finland filed a formal complaint against Gamblezen Casino for unfairly confiscating his winnings, claiming that the casino violated fair play standards by misinterpreting its own bonus terms. After meeting the wagering requirements and playing with a converted real money balance of €40, the casino insisted he should have withdrawn the funds before playing further, citing ambiguous terminology in its rules. The player sought an investigation and reinstatement of his winnings, supported by evidence. We reviewed the casino’s evidence and agreed with the casino’s position. It was confirmed that a pop-up clearly stated the bonus restrictions would remain until he withdrew the €40, and he acknowledged this, so we had no sufficient grounds to require payment of the full €1,450, and the complaint was rejected.
