I played at a casino called gala casino. I spent some money then self excluded. Went to play on a different site and found out I was self excluded from that site. It was foxy bingo. both owned by the same company. I shouldn't of been allowed to play as I was already self excluded. I would like a refund of all deposits. The casino has been responding but just keep saying please wait. It's been over 72 hours and still no news. I would like a refund as I was already self excluded
