Flagman Casino - Player's gambling issue is not addressed by casino.
The player from Germany had reported that despite notifying the casino of his gambling addiction two days prior through email and live chat, he was still allowed to deposit approximately €490. He had felt that the casino's lack of action regarding his situation reflected poor player protection and sought assistance to resolve the matter. We investigated the case and requested evidence from both the player and the casino, confirming that the player had mentioned his gambling addiction before the deposits were made. However, the casino denied receiving explicit information about the addiction and failed to provide the requested chat transcripts. Due to the casino's lack of cooperation and failure to respond adequately, the complaint was ultimately closed as unresolved.
