They suck. First off, be very careful because they sneakily move the boxes around so that when you think you are betting on a WIN you are actually picking a player Stat. They do it on purpose knowing you will have to cancel the bet and grab fees. Also we noticed that for some inexplicable reason we couldn't cash out sometimes... Obviously just trying to take every penny.... Draft Kings is the better choice, avoid these A holes ..

I have played over $200 on FanDuel casino with zero wins. I feel it very close to being a scam.

Don’t ever spend ur money on their site. Their algorithm is basically legal robbery. Pay government off to operate. They will take a 1000 and let u win 300-400 but its ur own money you winning back - you will never ever be in the postive. I seen their algorithm literally skip a bonus or good hit- it’s programmed like that. Only people that win money are the people that are able to roll 50 dollar spins. It’s programmed to suck up 1 dollar spins. Don’t do it ok. Their level 4 rewards full of crap. You never get nothing in return. Remember their CEO worth 30 million, got to pay her some how and that’s legal robbery of poor people’s money. They are complete thieves and it’s sad pathetic they can operate.

They closed my account and now I can't access my account. I contacted customer service that my account does not exist.

So, yesterday, fanduel was giving everyone bonus promotions as opposed to points. I got $75 in promotions, and it said that I couldn't withdraw it, that I had to use it right away, so I made about 30 or so line ups with it. Went to bed, woke up the next morning only to find that all my line ups were voided, and support claims that I shouldn't have an issue. I'm going to find a new platform, theres plenty of others out there. I took screen shots of the conversation with support and of all the voided line ups made.

Be careful with using FanDuel for sportsbook and casino. The casino has a variety of slots and live table but I wouldn't recommend opting into the jackpot for slots. It has a $.10 &$.20 option and you definitely do not get what you put into them. Also alot of there bonus wins are very small so please be careful. The Sportsbook will have different extra bets but make sure you read there terms and conditions I just got burnt a 2nd time on head to head matchup. Also once yoi are customer they dont offer hardly any extras like deposit matches or free play at all

This was my favorite sports book until last night! I had a four leg parlay in the NBA playoffs and everything hit except for Victor W. who got hurt early in the second quarter I thought I would either get the money minus Victor or at least my money back! If this were draft kings I would have got my money back at least. I have no control over injuries! Unfair and dishonest!

I gave Fanduel 4 different chances & everytime they accepted bets in bad faith for example or shall I say 1 of several examples (I placed a 3 leg live bet for baseball for 3 different players to get a hit, I placed the bet bottom of the 5th at the top of the 6th one of the players was pinch hit I hit the two other legs & assuming the guy who never even had a chance to hit for me would be voided, nope marked as a loss instead of Fanduel just voiding it and paying me $25 they let me permanently deactivate my account didn't even try to offer bonus bet or anything just let a good over 4 year customer walk.

Waiting over two hours for my deposits is very annoying . I made a deposit went thru right away and withdrew right away .. then I made another deposit and I been waiting over two hours for it to go in . No one makes a deposit in case I want to play in 5 hours .. I thought this was a great site until this experience has change my mind . Fanduels casino is rigged. Play and pay attention to every hand. Algorithm is set to control payouts and has a strict pattern of unwinnable hands. Numerous hands have set endings no matter what the player does. Hit and bust, stay and lose, no matter what you do the end result had already been decided. Fanduel needs "X" amount of won hands vs payout hands to keep you playing. House is dealt from 1 deck and player another, no matter what the player does the houses hands are predetermined and does not matter how the player plays.

I like to play Texas holdem, my favorite site was Pokerstars. Recently they moved to Fanduel. I went to log in and I had to withdraw my bank from pokerstars and sign up at fanduel. If you don't play poker regularly then you may not understand but pokerstars always had the best format. They provided a chat window that also gave you hand information, who won, what their hand was and held a hand history. In addition there was chat and you could make notes and rate other players that you saw at the site regularly. They were really nice features that poker sites provided until the government shut them down. All that is gone with the switch to fanduel. It's like a cheap app where just enough effort was put into it to make it work so they can make rake off players. You must see the hand on the table if you want to know what the winning hand was and you have about 1/4 second to do that. The new pokerstars at fanduel reminds me now of every other fly by night rip off poker site that ever existed. There is no care for regular players or those who want to have an experience other then spending money making Fanduel rich. The entertainment for me was stratigy, knowing the other regulars and having a good time outside of just playing the hands. Fanduel has taken that away and made pokerstars a rake factory to sucker new or newer players in while removing any player stratigies that were available. They are no better then Ignition now and if you want to take notes, examine you hand history or track players you are doing it on a note pad. Pokerstars never stunk this bad but now there is nothing that makes them stand out, they are just another sucky poker site.

its a shame that poker stars is part of fan duel! i have been with poker stars for two decades now fan duel is running poker stars i can't get into my account.I try to resolve but fan duel customer service is absolute garbage everything is email or chat no phone number absolute BS!

It's pretty wild that the most touted live betting app has as many flaws as it does. It's by far the most laggy out of all of the major platforms & it's also the only one that I know of that DOESN'T have live updates on bets.
