The situation is that I created a user at their casino when I was underage and lost my money. And the casino refused to refund the money because I was registered underage. But I think I should get my money back because I didn't know about the risks of casinos losing my money and I also thought it was too easy to register with the casino when I was underage, which means that the casino should take responsibility for underage players who lose their money.
