Cosmobet Casino - Player’s winnings have been confiscated due to account issue.
The player from Quebec had deposited 750 CAD and won 5575 CAD after meeting the wagering requirements for a welcome bonus. Following account verification, his balance had dramatically dropped to 600 CAD due to an accusation of having multiple accounts, which he denied. We asked the casino for evidence and suggested a video verification call, but despite some cooperation, the player did not attended the video verification call at the date and time he himself proposed. Consequently, we had to closed the complaint the compliant as Rejected, because the player could not pass the KYC and AML process.
