Is Trustpilot really working for the consumer? Based on my experience with my reviews and conversations with their staff, I have serious questions about that.Somehow, every 1-star review I’ve posted about Bovada has been removed. I can’t say exactly why those reviews were taken down, but from a consumer’s perspective, it’s extremely frustrating to spend years using a platform, leave reviews based on your personal experience, and then see those reviews disappear.I’ll continue to review Bovada based on my experience.I’ve been playing on Bovada for approximately 7 years, and my experience with the casino has been extremely disappointing. Based on my own tracking, I estimate that my overall returns have been around 3% of my deposits. I’ve experienced the same pattern repeatedly over the years, and at times the results have been even worse.Whenever concerns about results are raised, the response is usually the same explanation about RNG and how individual outcomes aren’t determined by previous results. I understand that explanation. My concern is the long-term experience I’ve personally had as a player.From my perspective, the casino isn’t entertaining or recreational when the overwhelming experience is depositing money and seeing very little returned. The RTP experience has been extremely poor from my standpoint, and I don’t feel that the games provide a reasonable recreational experience.I’m not claiming that I can prove how Bovada’s RNG operates internally. I’m saying that after approximately 7 years of playing, my personal results have been consistently disappointing enough that I no longer have confidence in the casino games.Consumers should be able to make informed decisions before depositing their money. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise players to research Bovada carefully and consider the long-term experiences of other players before using the casino.
