I am once again raising concerns about…

I am once again raising concerns about my overall casino experience with Bovada, particularly the extremely low returns I have experienced despite the amount of money and time I have invested on the platform.I have been a Bovada customer for more than 7 years. During that time, I have continued to play, continued to make deposits, and continued to give Bovada opportunities despite numerous frustrating experiences. My most recent gameplay is another example. I did not even receive close to 10% of what I deposited during my latest play. This is not an isolated incident. I have experienced numerous periods of extremely low returns, including multiple consecutive deposits where I received only a very small percentage of what I deposited. I have also experienced hundreds of spins on the same game with extremely low returns, multiple deposits in a short period without reaching even a 10% return, and extended periods where my overall return has been extremely low compared with the amount I have deposited and wagered.I have reached out to Bovada numerous times about these concerns, and I continue to receive essentially the same explanation regarding RNG, RTP, variance, and independent outcomes. I understand what RNG and RTP mean, and I understand that gambling involves risk. However, repeatedly providing the same general explanation does not address my specific concerns or my actual account history.I am not claiming that a single losing session proves that a game is unfair. My concern is the overall pattern of my experience after years of playing and a significant amount of gameplay. If the games are tested, verified, and monitored as stated, then I believe it is reasonable for a longtime customer to ask for more transparency. I would like to know who performs the testing, how frequently the games are tested, how Bovada monitors actual game performance against advertised RTP, and whether customers can access the applicable testing or certification information.I would also like Bovada to review my actual account history. Rather than simply explaining the theoretical RTP of the games, I would like to know what my actual historical return has been over a meaningful period of time and how that compares with the advertised RTP of the games I have played.I understand that RTP is theoretical and does not guarantee a specific return during an individual session. I also understand that outcomes are determined independently. However, those explanations have been provided to me numerous times already. What I have not received is a meaningful examination of my specific concerns or a detailed response based on my actual gameplay history.I also have a Discord community/audience that gives me access to different online casino platforms and allows me to experience different casino games, payout structures, promotions, and overall gaming experiences. This gives me the ability to compare Bovada with other platforms rather than simply relying on one site. That comparison is part of why my concerns continue to grow. I have continued giving Bovada opportunities for years, but when I repeatedly experience extremely low returns, it becomes increasingly difficult to justify continuing to deposit and play here when I have other options available.I have also publicly shared my experiences through Trustpilot and other feedback channels. I have had reviews removed, and I have repeatedly questioned whether customer complaints are actually being meaningfully addressed. I am not going to stop providing honest feedback simply because my experience is negative. I have also acknowledged positive experiences when I have had them.I understand Bovada’s position that occasional losses do not establish that a game is unfair, and I am not asking Bovada to guarantee that I win. I am asking for transparency and for my concerns to actually be investigated rather than receiving another generalized explanation about RNG and variance. After more than 7 years as a customer, numerous deposits, extensive gameplay, repeated extremely low-return sessions, and numerous attempts to have these concerns addressed, I believe my account history deserves more than another generic response.I would like Bovada to specifically address my actual gameplay history, my overall return, the advertised RTP of the games I have played, and the testing and verification behind those games.I have alternatives, and I don’t have to continue playing on Bovada. However, before deciding where I continue to spend my money, I would like Bovada to provide an actual response to the concerns I have repeatedly raised rather than simply repeating the same explanation I have already received numerous times.
