I understand that individual game outcomes are independent and that Bovada cannot guarantee a win. That has never been my complaint. My concern is the overall pattern of results I have experienced over an extended period of time, particularly while playing the same game consistently and making substantial deposits.I have been a Bovada customer for years. I have repeatedly documented situations involving extremely poor returns, including stretches where I have made multiple deposits and received only a very small percentage of those deposits back. I have also described playing the same game for long periods and experiencing consistently poor results. At times, I have gone through hundreds of spins with little to no meaningful return. When I bring these concerns to Bovada, the response is usually some variation of “the results are random,” followed by a reference to promotions.Promotions are not the issue.I am not asking Bovada to give me a guaranteed win, refund my losses, or manipulate a game in my favor. I am asking for transparency and accountability regarding the games I am playing. If Bovada maintains that its games operate using a fair and independently verified RNG and that the advertised RTP is accurate over the long term, then I would expect a meaningful response addressing those points—not a generic explanation about unpredictable outcomes or an invitation to check the Promotions section.Telling a customer to look at promotions does not resolve concerns about RTP, game performance, or the fairness and transparency of the gaming system.I also find the statement that my continued patronage “indicates that there are aspects of your overall experience that you have found rewarding” misleading. Continuing to play does not mean I am satisfied with the results. I have continued to play because I have been a longstanding customer, because I enjoy gambling, and because I have continued to give Bovada opportunities to improve my experience. In fact, many of my reviews and complaints exist precisely because I have continued to give the site those opportunities. If Bovada wants to point to its reputation, longstanding customers, fairness, and integrity, then I believe the company should be willing to address legitimate customer concerns with specific information rather than general statements.I would like a direct answer to the questions I have been raising:• What is the advertised RTP for the specific game I am playing?• Is that RTP independently tested and verified?• Who performs the testing?• How frequently is the RNG independently audited?• Is the actual RTP of the game monitored over time?• Can Bovada provide any information demonstrating that the game is operating within its stated RTP parameters?I am not claiming that every losing session proves a game is unfair. I understand variance and randomness. My concern is the repeated experience I have documented over a significant period of time and the lack of meaningful transparency when I raise those concerns. After years as a customer, I think I deserve an answer that addresses the substance of my complaints rather than another explanation about randomness and promotions. If Bovada stands behind the fairness and integrity of its games, then providing transparent information about the RTP, RNG testing, and independent auditing should be a straightforward way to address these concerns.
