The site was performing terribly. Nothing would load and it had a huge outage. But i’m giving 4 stars because i absolutely love quick withdraws. If you’re wondering what can be done to make me put 5 stars here it is- Site not loading or performing well is obvious but i understand stuff like that happens so thats not why its mainly the live chat. Bovadas live chat experience is very poor and unstable. I think there needs to be a live chat option at the bottom and it needs to be more stable i can’t go to a different app or else i’ll lose connection with the agent and when agents take 5 minutes to respond to a question it’s hard to just sit there and wait. I encourage you guys to look at betwhales live chat. There website is not good at all so don’t take anything else from them but the live chat is actually very good.
