Customer service is unreliable because there really is NO direct contact. I have bet that's graded wrong - who do i contact for support? The site is currently down for the past two hours and Bovada does a poor job communicating to it's users. Giving Bovada 3 stars because it has good withdrawal options and a variety of bets; but other than that, it's hard to discern whether or not they can fully be trusted.
