When I tried to withdraw after a big win they restricted my account and asked for verification documentation. They already had these documents before. I am self excluded from Bet Victor and have been since 2015. I received and email on Monday 14/1/19 asking me to log onto my account with Bet Victor. I wanted to get to the bottom of this as I knew the account was supposed to under self exclusion, I was able to log on and my account was fully functional. I went on chat to find out what was going on and they confirmed the account was excluded and promptly blocked me, I was then told a series off lies by various chat advisers! My issue is this is a gross breach of data protection, the self exclusion act and responsible gambling. I have asked for compensation but so far been refused.

Hello, I opened account in Bet Victor after finding their promotion link online, deposited 100 GBP and played with 300 GBP after taking their welcome bonus. I played for a couple of day after which I attempted to withdraw 500 GBP from my account but I were not able to. I contacted the support team to find out why and they confirmed I had to send my Driving license and proof of address. I then sent my driving license and my bank statement. On the following day, Bet Victor replied they couldn't validate my information and requested me to send another document for my address. I then sent bank statement from my other bank as well as attached my tenancy agreement showing my name, address and the issue date as Bet Victor wanted.
