Deposit hijacked by forced bonus — lost R300 trying to access my own money
Deposited R860 to do sports betting. Without my clear consent, a "welcome bonus" was automatically attached to my deposit. This bonus locked my funds and forced me to wager the full deposit amount on their casino games before I could withdraw a single cent — sports betting did not count toward the requirement.I had no interest in casino games. I just wanted to place sports bets. Instead I was forced to gamble in their casino just to access my own deposit. By the time I had wagered enough to unlock my withdrawal, I had lost approximately R300 — over 35% of what I deposited. This is not a bonus. It is a mechanism to extract money from depositors who just want to use the sportsbook. The terms are buried and the bonus is applied automatically. Avoid this platform if you are a sports bettor — you will be forced into the casino whether you like it or not.
